Supervisor, Real Estate Technology (Yardi)

About the role

This position supports the delivery of Yardi-based real estate technology solutions and contributes to growth initiatives within RSM’s Real Estate Technology practice. The position requires deep expertise in Yardi system architecture, data structures, Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR), SQL Development, and API-based integrations to support end-to-end system delivery and client operations.

What you'll do

• Support the implementation of end-to-end Yardi Investment and Commercial Suite (i.e. Investment Accounting, Investment Management, Investor Services, Debt Management
• Collaborate with current fund and investment accounting teams to understand business requirements and assist in translating them into Yardi system configurations
• Assist with data migration, system testing, and user training to ensure successful deployment of Yardi solutions
• Perform annual/periodic assessment of the current environment and recommend improvements based on application updates and industry changes
• Design and develop advanced Yardi Spreadsheet Reports (YSR)
