Supervisor - Royalty Contract Compliance

About the role

This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

What you'll do

• Supervise, plan and perform royalty compliance audits and desktop reviews for various client engagements
• Conduct detailed contract reviews to summarize and interpret financial provisions of client agreements with third parties, including record labels, publishers
• Lead a team of staff members under supervision of a Manager and/or Director
• Prepare basic and moderately complex workpapers and written reports to calculate and quantify understated royalties as per agreement terms
• Exercise professional skepticism in the critical assessment of audit evidence

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
