Supplier Documentation Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Supplier Document Analyst to manage supplier documentation reviews and ensure compliance before products are shipped to Weatherford manufacturing sites. The role coordinates with suppliers, third-party teams, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sourcing, Procurement, and Supplier Quality to ensure accurate documentation, timely approvals, and continuous process improvement.

What you'll do

• Review supplier documentation for completeness and compliance before shipment
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve missing or incorrect documentation
• Review Supplier Ready-to-Ship requests and issue Authorization to Ship
• Develop and improve processes for supplier document submission, storage, and retrieval
• Review material test reports for incoming products

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Documentation
• GD&T
• B.Tech or B.E.
