About the role

We are looking for a high-ownership operator. This role will work closely with founders and own some of the most critical operating systems of the company: production, warehouse operations, logistics, and customer delight.

What you'll do

  • Operate at a co-founder level mindset by scaling current systems 10x and designing better teams and systems for the company
  • Be responsible for leading this entire team
  • Work closely with contract manufacturers, warehousing partners, courier partners to ensure production timelines and quality, delivery SLAs
