Supply Chain Capability Connect 2026 - S&OP Supply Planning Lead at ExxonMobil. Responsible for supply and demand balances for specified solids products, plus back-up for specified others.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for supply and demand balances for specified solids products, plus back-up for specified others
  • Coordinate cross functional team in maintaining the global supply/demand balance on Asset Production Lines, grade/packaging combinations, and numerous supply points
  • Perform Supply/Demand balancing tasks (APO SNP module)
  • Collaborate with the Sales Demand Analyst/Planner and field Sales personnel to develop accurate demand forecasts
  • Work with Product Management and Sales to analyze and evaluate requests for additional demand and changes on production assets
