Supply Chain Capability Connect 2026 - Supply Specialist at ExxonMobil. We are seeking an Entry-Level Supply Chain Planning, Operations & Optimization Professional to support safe, reliable, and efficient supply chain operations.
What you'll do
- This role plays a critical part in ensuring that plans are translated into executable outcomes across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics systems
- Support development and maintenance of supply and demand plans within established planning systems
- Coordinate day-to-day supply chain execution across procurement, operations, and logistics teams
- Monitor plan performance and ensure alignment between planned and actual outcomes
- Identify, communicate, and escalate supply chain risks (e.g., delays, shortages, constraints)
