Supply Chain: Logistics Partner Onboarding Functional Analyst

About the role

This role sits at the center of that effort as part of the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) program , responsible for unifying quoting, ordering, and fulfillment across the combined HPE and Juniper networking portfolios onto a single platform , replacing fragmented legacy systems with one seamless, scalable experience for sellers, partners, and customers worldwide.

What you'll do

• Enabling seamless B2B transactions using Rosetta Net and other industry integration protocols
• Supporting RMA, customer returns, spares movement, and reverse logistics process implementation across global operations
• Applying AI-driven and automation-enabled tools to improve data quality, process efficiency, partner readiness, and operational visibility
• Lead functional design for RMA, customer returns, advanced replacement, depot repair, exchange, refurbishment, scrap, warranty/non-warranty return flows
• Partner with business process owners to document current-state and future-state process flows, business rules, exception handling, controls
