Supply Chain; Supplier Onboarding Functional Analyst

About the role

This role sits at the center of that effort as part of the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) program , responsible for unifying quoting, ordering, and fulfillment across the combined HPE and Juniper networking portfolios onto a single platform , replacing fragmented legacy systems with one seamless, scalable experience for sellers, partners, and customers worldwide.

What you'll do

• Gather and document supplier requirements in collaboration with supply chain teams, IT, and manufacturing partners
• Assist SAP S/4HANA teams in implementing and testing integration points
• Deploy and oversee agentic AI systems that autonomously manage supplier assessments, intelligent issue resolution, and dynamic workflow adaptation
• Monitor onboarding timelines and escalate blockers to senior team members, leveraging predictive analytics and agentic forecasting for timeline management
• Enable autonomous supplier data validation, compliance verification, and quality standard assessment through agentic AI workflows
