Supply Growth & Partnerships Lead

About the role

We are hiring a hands-on Supply Growth & Partnerships Lead to create that partner channel. You will personally source and win US business partners, design the commercial and operating model, and stay involved until a signed partnership produces accepted referrals consistently. This is a builder role with broad ownership across acquisition, activation, partner performance and the playbook for a future team.

What you'll do

• Map promising US partner segments, develop a target list and run your own outreach and discovery
• Negotiate commercial terms, referral rights, data provenance, consent and handoff expectations with internal stakeholders
• Track activation, accepted volume, lead quality, conversion, refunds, payouts and contribution by partner and channel. Use those results to improve
• Build a repeatable operating playbook, reporting cadence and partner experience
• Work closely with supply operations, product and sales so partner promises match the customer experience and every opportunity has clear permission and provenance
