Support Engineer L3

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Data Engineer to support and enhance our data platforms and pipelines. This role is responsible for handling complex production issues, break‑fix activities, enhancements, and automation, while providing expert‑level support to L1/L2 teams. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with GCP-based data platforms, distributed data processing, and workflow orchestration, along with a strong operational mindset.

What you'll do

• Production Support & Incident Management
• Provide L3 support by resolving incidents escalated from L2 teams within defined SLAs
• Handle highly complex and specialized technical issues across data pipelines and platforms
• Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical issues
• Participate in on‑call rotations to support critical production incidents
