Support Lead

About the role

SAP technical domain, ABAP/Fiori custom development, interfaces, forms, reports, workflows, Gateway/OData, SAP Solution Manager documentation and production support for Finance, Operations, OTC and MM/PP processes.

What you'll do

• Develop, troubleshoot and enhance ABAP objects, custom reports, forms, interfaces, conversions, enhancements
• Resolve L2/L3 incidents and defects linked to custom SAP development, prioritising service continuity and SLA adherence for business-critical processes
• Support minor enhancements, service requests and small changes from design through build, unit testing, transport and deployment
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring development issues, recommend permanent fixes and update runbooks/SOPs to support shift-left execution
