Play an integral part in various HR transformational projects and change management initiatives.

What you'll do

• Ensuring a transparent, clear, consistent, comprehensive and seamless delivery of end to end HR Automation tools mapped across Employee Life Cycle
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and track progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
• Ensure adherence to performance baselines in terms of cost, quality, scope to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal and statutory compliance, Due Diligence &
