Survey Fieldwork Specialist

About the role

This position would be expected to work hours aligned with US-based colleagues on the East Coast. This project is an individual contributor role and will not include people management responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Schedule and tailor initial outreach and reminders to help maximize response rates
• Search for and design outreach lists on a project-by-project basis, collecting specifications from project managers and analysts and ensuring high-quality
• Coordinate with custom recruitment partners, both internally and externally, to collect additional sample for projects as needed
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide recommendations for projects fielding more slowly than expected
• Monitor and respond to internal and client requests for custom quantitative survey projects
