About the role

What you'll do

• Assigning Surveyors to various jobs based on job requirements matching
• Effective utilization of the Surveyors
• Maintaining competency matrix of the Surveyors
• Monitoring of Surveyors, Contracts, etc. as per BV Procedures
• Identifying training needs and organizing training for the Surveyors
