SVP - RCM Operations (US Healthcare) Lead end-to-end RCM operations including billing, coding, collections, AR, and denial management Proven track record of managing large-scale RCM operations (billing, AR, collections, denials) Deep understanding of US healthcare systems, payer policies, and compliance (HIPAA)

What you'll do

• Work with a growing RCM company
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure achievement of key financial KPIs such as cash flow, AR days, and collection efficiency
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce denials and improve first-pass claim resolution
• Oversee large, multi-location teams and ensure high productivity and quality standards
