System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled, strategic Systems Administrator to take ownership of our core IT infrastructure and serve as the highest level of technical escalation for our India-based team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the architecture, deployment, maintenance, and security of our server, network, and cloud environments.

What you'll do

• Infrastructure Ownership & Escalation: Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues. Own the health, uptime
• Advanced IT Automation & Scripting: Engineer and manage Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platforms (e.g., ConnectWise Automate)
• Write and maintain advanced scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to automate system deployments, security patching, and infrastructure maintenance
• Systems Architecture & Deployment: Provision, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers, enterprise storage solutions
• Ensure systems adhere to security best practices, perform regular audits, and manage disaster recovery protocols
