About the role

Possess a deep understanding of relevant technologies and OBDX platform including mobile apps, web applications, MFA, APIs, and database systems, to support digital channel services. Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of digital channel applications to provide a fast and responsive user experience.

What you'll do

  • Creating, owning and provide technical support for the implementation of Business Requirements across projects in business line
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for any digital channel-related issues, collaborating with the IT support team to resolve them promptly

What you need

  • 6–10 yrs of experience
  • B.Sc or B.Tech or B.E. or BCA
