About the role
Desktop/Laptop hardware troubleshooting including RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc. Printer installation and troubleshooting, including network/shared printers. Installation and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office / Outlook. Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and user account-related issues.
What you'll do
- Troubleshooting of common Windows OS issues, system slowness, application errors, blue screen, boot issues, etc
- Troubleshooting basic TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP issues
- Maintain IT asset inventory and hardware/software records
- Provide first-level support to users through phone, email, remote support and onsite visits
- Troubleshoot email, internet, printer, scanner and other peripheral-related issues
What you need
- 2–5 yrs of experience
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- TCP/IP
- Windows Server
- Any graduate
