About the role

We are looking for an Associate System Support Specialist to join our BI Solutions team. The ideal candidate is a reliable and service-oriented professional with strong communication skills, a basic technical foundation, and a strong sense of ownership. You will support business-critical BI solutions by monitoring applications, handling incidents, performing basic data analysis, and coordinating issue resolution.
