About the role
We are looking for a proficient Engineer specialized in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Power Plant Controllers (PPC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for design, engineering, testing, and providing site support, with a focus on compliance with industry standards and grid codes.
What you'll do
- Participate in project design and detailed engineering
- Understand and create Single Line Diagrams for Electrical Networks and Switchgear components
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Heat Load/Current Load Calculations, General Arrangement (GA) drawings
- Design and detail PPC systems for PV Solar, Wind, and BESS for Front of the Meter (FTM) applications ensuring compliance with Indian Grid Code
- Work on custom functions including Voltage & Frequency regulation, Active & Reactive Power control, Low Voltage Ride Through (LVRT), High Voltage Ride Through (HVRT)
