What you'll do

Define and drive the overall Hardware Asset Management strategy aligned with organizational and client objectives
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and leadership on asset optimization, lifecycle governance, and cost efficiency
Lead and mentor a team of HAM analysts and senior resources, ensuring capability development and high performance
Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and SLAs to measure and improve service delivery
Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer experience and service adoption
