About the role

Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Develops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design. Contributions impact technical components of HPE products, solutions, or services regularly and sustainable.

What you'll do

• Architect, develop, and document comprehensive functional, scale, stress, and performance test frameworks
• Partner deeply with software, hardware, and architecture teams to influence design decisions early in the development lifecycle, ensuring testability, scalability
• Leverage Gen‑AI–assisted analysis to review architecture documents, specifications, and protocol behaviors, accelerating identification of test gaps, corner cases
• Translate complex customer use cases and field‑observed issues into targeted validation scenarios
• Lead complex customer escalations , performing deep system debugging, root‑cause analysis, and driving issues to resolution across multiple engineering teams
