About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – SuccessFactors Performance Management (PMGM) with strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management (PMGM) as your main skill, ready to design, build and run robust performance management solutions across our HR application landscape at Allianz Technology.

What you'll do

• Configure and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management (PMGM) module, including goal plan templates, performance form templates, rating scales
• Analyse business requirements together with HR stakeholders and functional consultants, and translate them into scalable, maintainable PMGM configurations
• Implement performance management processes end-to-end, including calibration, 360-degree feedback, competency libraries
• Configure and troubleshoot Business Rules, workflows, and role-based permissions (RBP) governing the performance review lifecycle
• Support integration touchpoints between PMGM and other SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Goal Management, Compensation, Succession) and Employee Central (EC)
