About the role

The key responsibility of this role is to manage the Travel and Travel & Expense (T&E) portfolio, identify opportunities for process improvement, and support the North America (NA) and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Travel and T&E Team Managers in simplifying and standardizing travel and expense operations.

What you'll do

  • Travel and T&E Portfolio Management
  • Support the NA and EMEA Travel and T&E Team Managers in simplifying and standardizing travel and expense operations
  • Manage the Travel and T&E portfolio, including corporate credit card program administration, SAP Concur administration, and travel program support
  • Provide day-to-day training, guidance, and advice on Travel and T&E policies and procedures
  • Provide support to the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) audit team
