About the role

Leverage data, analytics and hiring metrics to improve talent acquisition outcomes. We're looking for someone who has: 12-15 years of Talent Acquisition experience with exposure to specialized hiring environments. Experience engaging with international stakeholders and supporting global hiring requirements.

What you'll do

• Build and scale TA for a fast-growing specialty chemicals company
• Lead niche global hiring across R&D, scientific and business roles
• Lead the Talent Acquisition function and manage a team of recruiters
• Develop and execute hiring strategies across technical, scientific, commercial and corporate functions
• Build talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-hire roles including R&D, scientists and domain specialists
