What you'll do

  • Be supporting the Talent Acquisition team with operational activities for a leading Conglomerate
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering feedback
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
