TA Specialist

About the role

This role will be responsible for driving our hiring strategy and process to attract, select, and retain top technical talent. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in technical recruitment and will be passionate about building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to attract and select top technical talent for open positions
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer extension, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of hiring goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, team leads, and executive leaders
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and make recommendations for candidate selection
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent and ensure a positive candidate experience

What you need
