About the role

Raising tickets & follow-up with different vendors of different countries. Data analysis by functions of Excel for the day to day analysis such as V-Lookup, Pivot table, Graphs & Charts Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for day to day activities of GC Handling ticketing tool.

What you'll do

  • Monitor & Analysing Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports for different KPIs (in form of excel as well as QlikView) for different countries
  • Handling different mailboxes related to different countries
  • Maintaining SLAs for different countries
