What you'll do

• Own contingent workers recurring dashboards and reports that track headcount, attrition, recruiting activity, diversity, and other key people metrics
• Develop automated reporting workflows that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and create more scalable Human Capital processes
• Maintain data quality for contingent workers by identifying issues, performing reconciliations, and supporting timely corrections with relevant teams
• Translate recruiting and contingent workforce lifecycle data into clear insights that improve operational decisions, workforce planning, and leadership visibility
• Maintain accurate contingent workers records across Human Capital systems, including lifecycle milestones, assignment details, compensation information, and spend data
