About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team in India. This role will support the recruitment activities of the UK Talent Acquisition team, helping to identify, attract, and hire top talent for Version 1. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in IT recruitment in the United Kingdom.

What you'll do

• Manage an excellent candidate journey throughout the recruitment process
• Report weekly recruitment metrics to line manager (Head of Recruitment India) as well as Talent Business Partners in the UK
• Create and implement candidate attraction strategies tailored to different business areas
