Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are looking for a highly aggressive, execution-driven Talent Acquisition Individual whose core responsibility is hardcore recruitment across India. You will be closing positions fast, executing HR systems from day one, and building a strong hiring pipeline independently across all departments for Melhor Group’s growing operations in Goa.

What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end recruitment across all departments — from sourcing to offer rollout
• Conduct a minimum of 10–15 virtual interviews daily to maintain aggressive hiring velocity
• Ensure position closures within defined timelines with zero tolerance for delays
• Ensure quality hiring with minimal dropouts and strong relocation commitment to Goa
• Set up employee database, attendance tracking, payroll, and recruitment workflows
