Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

This role requires hands-on experience in the staffing industry and a strong track record of talent acquisition excellence. Prior experience working with clients like Deloitte and Infosys will be a significant advantage.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for our diverse client base, including consulting giants like Deloitte and Infosys
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
• Oversee the administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain data integrity
• Optimize the usage of Job Boards and other sourcing channels to maximize candidate reach and engagement
