Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

You will own the recruitment process from intake to offer, build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, and partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leaders to make well-informed hiring decisions. This role suits a hands-on recruiter who enjoys sourcing, understands technology roles, and can guide hiring teams through a clear, responsive process.

What you'll do

• Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding technical candidates across various roles
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, and sourcing effectiveness
