Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment for the Assurance/Audit Line of Business at RSM. This role will partner with business leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies, deliver against workforce plans, and lead a high-performing recruitment team.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with Assurance business goals and workforce plans
• Partner with business leaders and resource management teams to forecast hiring demand, prioritize requisitions, and deliver hiring outcomes
• Identify hiring risks, market challenges, and talent gaps, and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Assurance recruitment team
• Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and capability building across the team

What you need
