About the role

We are seeking an organized TA Operations Coordinator to own end-to-end interview scheduling and candidate logistics. You will be the central point of contact for candidates and internal teams, ensuring a smooth, fast, and high-touch hiring process.

Scheduling & Logistics: Manage high-volume interview calendars across time zones (technical screens, panels, executive loops) via Zoom/Teams/Google Meet
