What you'll do

• Own the talent pipeline: Identify present and future hiring needs in partnership with department heads
• Drive onboarding excellence: Oversee new-hire documentation and smooth transitions into the org
• Create impact: Contribute to HR process docs, policies, and reports to strengthen our people systems
