About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner – Technology at GE Vernova, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring high-impact talent across Digital, Software and Technology domains. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including role scoping, talent and market intelligence, strategic sourcing, screening, assessment, selection, and offer management.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes
• Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the position
