Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

You are responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from building a sourcing strategy, candidates sourcing, interview scheduling, offer management and onboarding stages, while developing and managing strong relationships with key stakeholders. Continuously look for process improvements, automation, and digitalization measures to offer best service delivery experience.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with multiple parties to develop and deliver recruitment strategy and framework suited for the service recipients
• Support the talent pipeline processes through gathering of local market talent insights, managing sourcing/recruitment channels, creating internal candidate data pools
• Support internal / external candidate relocation (secondment, delegation, domestic relocation
• Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates, managing relationships with them to ensure a strong talent pipeline
• Provide market insights and recommendations to improve sourcing strategies
