  • Identify, map and target potential clients within the Insurance / Insurance Broking industry for the given job profile
  • Sourcing and Validating profiles through LinkedIn, referrals and networking
  • Leverage recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SI tools and internal databases
  • Understand the business needs of the clients and provide tailored recruitment solutions along with other value added services
  • Coordinating with the potential candidates at different stages of their respective application procedure and keeping a strong follow up with them
