About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Inhouse Recruiter specializing in Non-IT roles at NetCom Learning, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product, and Operations functions.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment plans
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and closure
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews
• Evaluate candidates based on role requirements, relevant experience, communication skills, and organizational fit

What you need
