Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to providing documents for onboarding, to ensure Ozeol attracts and hires top talent. They work closely with Talent Sourcing Specialists and Talent Acquisition Assistants to optimize the hiring process and maintain a high standard of candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection
• Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements through their TAM
• Collaboration with Sourcing & Support Teams
• Work closely with Talent Sourcing Specialists to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
