Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing top technology talent, and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.

What you'll do

• Working and managing end-to-end recruitment within the stipulated timelines and building the talent pipeline to achieve hiring targets
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, social media, networking, and internal databases
• Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Source Effectiveness
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
