Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a hands-on, hybrid role combining full-cycle talent acquisition with office management, HR support, process ownership, and culture ambassadorship. The role owns recruitment execution from intake through offer delivery while helping create an organized, engaging, and employee-focused workplace.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruitment execution, including hiring intake, job posting, active sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination and participation
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes, priorities, and hiring timelines
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs while strengthening the Company’s employer brand
• Deliver a responsive, transparent, and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through preboarding and onboarding
• Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, interview, offer, and hiring records in the applicant tracking system and related trackers
