About the role

The Senior Manager, Talent and Performance Platforms is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously evolving the systems, processes, and digital capabilities that enable Amgen's global Talent and Performance strategy.

What you'll do

Contribute operational, technology, and user experience insights to support the ongoing evolution of Talent and Performance practices
Ensure Talent and Performance solutions align with business priorities while delivering a consistent, high-quality global employee and manager experience
Serve as the business product owner for Talent and Performance capabilities across Workday, Eightfold, AI-enabled solutions, and future Talent technologies
