Talent Development Manager

About the role

You will lead the design and implementation of practical talent frameworks that connect job architecture, priority capabilities, performance and career growth. Working across functions and markets, you will test, refine and embed solutions that are scalable, relevant and easy for Gurus and managers to use.

What you'll do

• Define the skill taxonomy underpinning hiring, development, performance and mobility
• Identify and build priority skills for critical talent pools and strategic business capabilities
• Design targeted, business-linked capability interventions — prioritising scalable and embedded approaches over programme proliferation
• Partner with functional leaders to translate capability gaps into development plans
• Partner with HRBPs and HRIS to strengthen the annual and mid-year performance cycles, ensuring that frameworks
