What you'll do

• Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of enterprise skills programs that build future-ready capabilities and support business growth
• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and Human Resources partners to assess enterprise skill gaps and align learning programs with strategic business…
• Conduct learning needs assessments and translate requirements into measurable learning objectives, program outcomes, and scalable learning experiences
• Design and develop enterprise learning programs using blended learning, experiential learning, coaching, digital learning, and other modern instructional approaches
• Integrate innovative solutions including generative artificial intelligence, adaptive learning
