Talent Engagement Associate — Outbound Recruiting

About the role

Internal role at Weekday — not a role with one of our clients. 9 hours/day, 6 days/week; one mandatory working Sunday each month with a higher incentive Junior Intern, Senior Intern, Contractor/Consultant, and Intern POD Lead

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to shortlisted candidates and present the company, role, location, and job requirements clearly
• Follow up with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email to keep the hiring process moving
• Maintain accurate call logs, candidate notes, and records in spreadsheets or internal systems
• Meet daily outreach and follow-up targets; this is a high-volume calling role with approximately 100–120 outbound calls per day
