About the role

The role is to support project managers/team leaders by providing civil design (CAD/BIM) support on site civil and land development projects to ensure that project outcomes in terms of budget, schedule, technical and quality standards, meet both the client and STANTEC expectations.

What you'll do

  • Preparation of basic site layouts, general arrangement drawings, site grading, plans and profiles, cut and fill calculations
  • Understand design and drafting systems and standards and design development process followed by clients and implement in work
  • Provide design guidance and instruction to drafting staff, and junior/intermediate designers
  • Travel offshore for training/on-site work: Occasionally
  • Regularly interact and engage with other members of the discipline
