What you'll do

• Conduct talent market research to deliver insights on skills, availability, compensation, and hiring trends
• Create sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for APJI /EMEA‑based/North AMerica roles across the organization
• Partner with recruiters, HR business partners, and business leaders to translate workforce needs into actionable intelligence
• Present data‑driven recommendations that inform and strengthen talent acquisition strategies
• Build and optimize data collection frameworks that improve quality, consistency, and efficiency
