About the role

What you'll do

• Partner with the Internal Hiring Lead to drive internal talent hiring strategy
• Identify and source talent for internal job postings (IJPs) across global markets
• Build strong pipelines of internal candidates across functions and geographies
• Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to understand role requirements
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies for critical roles across North America, APAC, etc

What you need

• 4–9 yrs of experience
• Sourcing
• BBA
